For a jalapeño hot sauce Orcona Snake Venom is a cracking example both in terms of flavour and heat. If you're a fan of onion and garlic in your hot sauce then you need to send a big thank you to Tricia and Alvin. They have used the flavours of these two ingredients perfectly to create a jalapeño sauce with a natural caramelised sweetness without having to add any sugar. They then finish off the sauce with some earthy spices to give it a true depth of flavour.
The bite from the jalapeño is sharp and intense and is enough to warm you up and lets the full flavour of the sauce shine through.
This is a great all-rounder for a hot sauce so it gets added to soups, casseroles but I especially like it on fried eggs at breakfast.
