Rummy Bears The Endurance Challenge Hot Sauce is a collaboration challenge created by Rummy Bears and Henry’s Hot Sauce in the UK.
This hot sauce is 35% Carolina Reaper chilli mash combined with strawberries, lime and apple juice. The strawberries and apple juice give this hot sauce a slightly sweet finish and has been beautifully balanced with lime and the earthly Carolina Reaper flavour. The Endurance Challenge is an official product of the League of Fire challenge so, if you are game enough, you can pit your chilli might against the rest of the world.
If you are not up for the League of Fire Challenge this is also a great hot sauce to enjoy on its own, how you use it is up to you, but the sweet finish lends itself to white meat or even a bowl of ice cream!
