Sabarac Habanero and Apple Hot Sauce is best described as the love child of a habanero and a toffee apple.
The fermentation process used to make this sauce has transformed the "simple" combination of apple juice and habanero into something unique. The apple juice gives you an upfront toffee apple flavour which is followed by the peppery and fruity flavours of the habanero. There is a fabulous habanero heat in this sauce which is carried right to the back of the throat and lingers for some time.
Perfect for pulled pork burgers with red cabbage slaw and mayonnaise or will great with anything crumbed and fried like schnitzel.
