The Chilli Chick Habanero and Sichuan Dukka is bursting with heat, spice and crunch, cleverly combining nuts, seeds and spices with Sichuan pepper and habanero to deliver a tasty and versatile savoury treat you will be using everywhere.
This dukka is packed full of Australian Roasted Almonds, pepitas, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, habanero chilli, Sichuan (aka Szechuan) pepper, and loads of spices. You get that 'numb lips' feeling once the Sichuan kicks in, but it is well worth it! The pepper combined with the habanero give you a very satisfying burn across your lips, tongue and the roof of your mouth.
Roll chicken pieces in it and roast or create a beautiful crust on lamb racks. You can even toss through with some peanuts and serve with beer or sprinkle on a salad or vegetables. You can even go old school with some olive oil and bread. So versatile.
