This is the hot sauces that started Torchbearer Sauces and has won many awards since its inception. It combines mandarin, carrot, onion, garlic and habanero in a truly unique and tasty combination. The sauce is quite textured and chunky with visible ingredients which adds to the overall taste experience, but it pours quickly so watch out! You can use this as either a table sauce or as a marinade and the heat of this sauce complements the unique flavour combination, it is subtle to begin with but does build with every bite the way a good habanero hot sauce does.
