Wiltshire Chilli Farm Golden Bonnet, direct from the UK, is bright and vibrant, in colour, aroma and taste. It has an intense heat with a subtle tropical sweet, thanks to the combination of scotch bonnet chillies and pineapple.
This hot sauce has a great balance of sweet, salt and fruit all beautifully blended with that distinctive scotch bonnet heat. The pineapple definitely does not over power the sauce, but adds in a different dimension and is a great match to the fruity flavour of the chilli.
This is great on any kind of chicken but especially in a chicken burger. But for something completely different and surprisingly good, give it a try with a meat pie. There is just something about the fruitiness of this sauce combining with the gravy and pastry of the pie that is delicious.
