The smokey aroma of this sauce gets your mouth watering straight away. Along with the smokiness is the undertone of caramel thanks to the addition of cola, golden syrup and molasses that gives the sauce a richness and depth of flavour. This is all beautifully balanced with tomato, apple cider vinegar, lemon and garlic with a hint of Worcestershire sauce.
