Sir Racha Smoky Chilli Paste is a deliciously smoky chilli paste bursting with chilli flavour and heat and it's like having your own spreadable barbecue chilli relish.

Spread this in on some sourdough toast or barbecue steak, use it on a cheese platter, mix into a rich tomato pasta sauce, or combine with some garlic aioli to create an amazing dip.

The same fermented chilli mash that is used to the create the delicious Sir Racha hot sauce is the main ingredient in this super tasty smoky paste. The smoky finish is thanks to the addition of smoked paprika and this is all rounded out with the sweetness of onion and flavour of garlic.
