Despite its name of "Scorching habanero" the ghost peppers that are also included in this hot sauce play an equally important role in the creation of this classic style sauce. The sauce starts with a nice fresh lively aroma, and then you are hit immediately with the carrots, that make up the base of this sauce, followed by the citrus flavours of orange and lemon. You then taste the fruitiness of the habaneros, balanced perfectly with the earthiness of the Ghost Peppers coming through.
