Tasting Note

Chunky style sauce with the distinctive sweet and juicy aroma of grapes. Onions and tomatillos provide both a depth and a sharpness of flavour to balance that. The habanero is not a burning heat but, true to habanero’s form, there is a definite build up the more you eat. The “cherry-on-top” for this sauce is the Szechuan pepper it gives the sauce an overall punchiness and complements the sweet grape flavour perfectly. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
