Tasting Note

This, hands down, is the best example I've seen of the true fruitiness and versatility of the habanero, the chilli alone accounts for the sauce’s fruitiness and blended with the molasses, it almost has you believing that there are dates in the sauce. The molasses marries perfectly with the chilli to deliver a fruity, rich, dare I say, almost smoky flavour. This sauce also has a traditional Caribbean spice blend which includes an good dose of pepper, this heat combined with the habanero delivers a unique heat experience to the middle of the mouth and tongue. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
