this sauce is truly unique, made using gochujang (Korean chilli paste) and a blend of sesame oil, soy, rice vinegar and honey. It has a wonderful smooth thickness and texture like melted butter, perfect for coating food for a marinade, and Leigh has done an amazing job to balance the salt, sweet and acidity finished with a hint of sesame oil for depth, all wrapped up in that distinctive Korean chilli paste heat and flavour. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
