This hot sauce starts with around two-thirds chilli and one of them is chipotle so it has a delicious smoky and earthy base to work off. Added to this smokiness is pineapple, sultana and blue agave to deliver that tinge of fruitiness and sweetness, like all Cult Sauces these have been expertly combined and has a certain refined elegance.
