Artisan Ferments Burnt Orange and Habanero Chilli Sauce is a fermented hot sauce combining a fresh fruit burst from charred oranges with an ever-reliable habanero heat.
The fresh delicious smell of oranges invades your nose when you unscrew the lid, and that freshness carries through to the flavour; the charred oranges have retained their distinctive and juiciness and full orange flavour and there is a bonus of the orange pulp giving the sauce a thicker finish. The habanero heat delivers a nice burn to the back of the mouth.
