Cobra Chilli Bubblegum is made with the 7 Pot Bubblegum Chilli which originated from the UK and ranks as one of the hottest chillies in the world.
This sauce is made with only 3 ingredients in a Louisiana style and is 30% chilli. There is a fiery red colour to this sauce and you can see pieces of chilli and chilli seeds which is an indication of its potency. You get an upfront kick with a clean taste that cuts across the tongue and the heat is instantly felt at the back of the mouth and in the throat and will linger for a few minutes.
This is a perfect all-rounder hot sauce and great on eggs and pasta
