In this Louisiana style hot sauce the Chocolate Habanero is an absolute stand-out as there is literally nowhere for it too hide as it is one of only 3 ingredients. This sauce has a stong upfront kick delivering a simple clean taste and the habanero gives this sauce some fruitiness and depthas well as a strong lingering heat.
It is a great all-rounder sauce and perfect for pizza and pasta.
