Crowley’s Hot Sauce Smoke and Fire is a hot sauce that was originally designed for Pork and can be used as a marinade, cooking or table sauce
This sauce has all the best bits of a rib sauce without the cloying sweetness. It is tangy and smoky and the inclusion of a black olive paste gives it a real depth of flavour and transforms this hot sauce into anything but ordinary. It is at the perfect thickness that you can easily use this as a table sauce or a marinade and I would encourage to try it both ways.
