Tasting Note

You get a strong upfront capsicum aroma, which also makes up the initial flavour that comes through. Both the Carolina Reapers and Trinidad Scorpions have a very earthy flavour that is balanced out beautifully in this sauce with the tartness of tequila and lime and the subtle sweetness of the palm sugar. The heat starts on the side of your tongue, thanks to the scorpion chilli, and works its way to the back of your throat courtesy of the reaper, which then likes to linger. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
