Melinda's Scotch Bonnet Sauce is a peppery and zesty hot sauce that allows the peppery Scotch Bonnet flavours to shine through.
The aroma of the Scotch Bonnet as well as garlic and onion are the first thing to hit your nose with some papaya and passionfruit lingering in the background. There is a distinctive peppery scotch bonnet flavour combined with vinegar and then followed through with some fruitiness at the end. The heat is not obvious straight away but lingers in the middle of the mouth with a burn on the lips.
This is one of those everyday table sauces that you will find using on just about anything.
