Mofo Hot Sauce Daredevil is a handcrafted sauce fuelled by Carolina Reaper, chocolate scorpions and habaneros with tomatoes, tamarind and apple cider vinegar to deliver a flavour filled super-hot sauce.
This is a truly well-balanced sauce; you get a wonderful hit of chilli and the aroma of vinegar and tomato. The flavour of the chillies hits you first and their heat heads straight to the back of the throat. The addition of tamarind helps to balance all the diverse flavours and provide an extra depth to the sauce. The overall burn does stick around for a while as well which is an extra little bonus.
This is a very versatile sauce, but it makes a great addition to your tomato-based pasta dish or for anyone looking to super charge their favourite pizza.
