Ol Yella's Stank Sauce Extra Stinkin Hot 60g
As the name suggests Ol Yella's Stank Sauce is all about the STANK and there is plenty of it. If you are a lover of umami (fermented prawns) then you are going to absolutely love this sauce. I must admit it took me a while to get my head around this one but now I am a big fan. The sauces are made with locally grown Western Australian chillies and this is the EXTRA STINKIN' HOT version of the sauce there is also a STINKIN' HOT version available.
This is a great edition to any dish and the extra hot goes really well in a Thai curry!
