Sabarac Fermented Hot Chocolate Sauce is a very unique and very decadent hot sauce made with Chocolate Bhut Jolokia and Red Savina Habanero chillies, cocoa and strawberry, if you're looking for the perfect dessert hot sauce then look no further.
There is no missing the sweet, sweet smell of chocolate in this hot sauce which is laced with hints of strawberry. The earthy flavour of the chilli comes through first followed by the delicious cocoa and strawberry which adds a whole new dimension of flavour. There is no added sugar in this sauce, so all the sweetness is from the fruit and rice malt syrup with the latter also giving the sauce its smooth and shiny finish. The chilli heat is not obvious at first but there is a subtle slow build up at the back of the throat and this intensifies the more you eat.
To use this sauce, you can keep it simple and just drizzle this over a big bowl of vanilla ice cream with some chopped nuts or make this amazing hot chocolate recipe
