Torchbearer Ultimate Annihilation Hot Sauce celebrates the heat and flavour of the ghost pepper and habanero with a distinctly fruity finish.
This sauce is 30% ghost chilli and 30% habanero so lives up to its name and both chillies provide a distinct earthy and fruity aroma and taste. It is a thick sauce full of pulp and chilli seeds. You get the upfront sweetness and fruitiness from the carrots and mandarins and you can't help but crunch down on the chilli seeds, because there are so many. The chilli heat is slow building spreading from the inside of your cheeks to the back of your tongue, not to be underestimated.
Goes great with a chicken burger or steamed fish
