The ultimate in decadent mash potatoes, hot, creamy and cheesy what more can you want and you will never eat mash potatoes the same way again!

- 1kg potatoes
- 2tbs (40g) sour cream
- 2 tbs (30g) butter
- ¼ cup grated cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cracked pepper
- 3+ tablespoons hot sauce (as much as you can handle). Thicker styles hot sauces (like tomato based ones) work best, we used Secret Aardvark Habanero Hot Sauce
- This one is so easy to do!! Peel and roughly chop potatoes and place in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain thoroughly.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and mash. Serve hot.
