Jose Montezuma's Dead Ryder Reaper's Revenge
This is a tomato based hot sauce bursting with flavours of tomato and lemon and bursting with the heat of habanero, ghost chilli and Carolina Reaper.
The first time I tried this hot sauce I was reminded of a rich pasta sauce with those aromas of tomato, garlic and oregano, but with this sauce you have the added bonus of chillies which include; Carolina Reaper, ghost pepper and habanero. There is a slight sweetness coming through from the pineapple but the chillies are the stars of the show with the habanero featuring straight away and then the slow build from the ghost chillies and Carolina Reaper not long after.
Despite it's heat this is a sauce that you can just use everywhere, and it even makes a great addition to a stir-fry. But for something different, try brushing this sauce onto your steak or chicken before cooking on the bbq
