Crack Fox Fire-Blistered Jalapeno, Inca Berry + Tahitian Lime Hot Sauce is a flavour delight of lime and flame-roasted chillies glittering with inca berry golden seeds.

Perfect for Mexican foods or grilled fish, but mix this with some olive oil, lemon and salt for an amazing fresh salad dressing.

The base of this hot sauce is green tomato so straight away you a guaranteed a fresh delicious hit, add to that tangy Tahitian lime and fresh coriander and finish with a little sweetness from the inca berries, spring onion and raw honey. The seeds from the inca berries are small and golden and are glittered throughout the sauce. This sauce contains both jalapeño and habanero and the habaneros have been roasted on an open flame to provide extra depth of flavour and the chilli heat is not to intense and provides a nice warmth all over the mouth. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
