Tasting Note

The onions and garlic in this crispy version of Ahma's Sambal provide a delicious crunch and texture but still have been slowly caramelised to provide a real depth of flavour and marry perfectly with the seafood umami. The chilli blend is made from fresh and dried Thai chillies as well Sichuan which adds to the overall flavour as well as providing the delicious kick of heat. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
