Tasting Note

The fermented chilli mash used to create this oil is the same that is used in the Sabarac Japanese Miso Hot Sauce but it imparts a subtle but equally delicious flavour coming alive in the oil in a very delicate way. The oil is jam packed full of sesame seeds and dried shallots providing depth another layer of flavour as well as texture.
