Seafire Gourmet Ghost Hot Sauce should really be renamed "garlic ghost hot sauce" as it has a smashing upfront full garlic flavour with a nice citrus finish.
As soon as you open the bottle you are hit with the delicious smell of roasted garlic. This 'garlicness' carries through to deliver a full flavour that is topped off with the subtle sweetness of citrus and onion. The ghost chilli provides an earthy flavour to the sauce as well as a nice burning, consistent heat that you feel right across the tongue.
Pairs amazingly with roasted chicken or grilled fish but give this a try on some mash potato with a dollop of sour cream...divine!
