Use it With

The same fermented chilli mash that is used to the create the delicious Sir Racha hot sauce is the main ingredient in this super tasty smoky paste. The smoky finish is thanks to the addition of smoked paprika and this is all rounded out with the sweetness of onion and flavour of garlic. The cayenne and habanero chillies are definitely the star attraction and provide flavour, texture and heat all in equal measure. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
