Tasting Note

This hot sauce is made using the same technique used to make sriracha but it is on another level. The citrus/ginger combination is the perfect complement to the citrus flavours of the habanero. You also get the flavour of garlic and a mild sweetness from the honey. The ginger then comes back for another round, providing a moreish peppery finish to accompany the habanero heat that hits the back of the throat. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
