This small batch Chinese style oil contains a signature base of 14 aromatics to deliver a rich umami flavour and has a backbone of caramelised garlic, ginger as well dehydrated mandarin, but this oil also features the Sichuan Pepper as its star ingredient to transform this into a lip-tingly sensation. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
