I definitely have a soft spot for Arizona Gunslinger Red Jalapeño Pepper Sauce, it is one of my (very) regular hot sauces it's a style of sauce that I just really love. I think it is because of its simplicity, it is only made up of 3 ingredients; Red Ripened Jalapeños, Vinegar and Salt, and they are just combined together so well.
The jalapeños give the sauce a nice level of heat, so small amounts leave you with a nice buzz, but, like me, you will probably use more than a small amount so it can build up on you, especially around the lips and front of the mouth, because that's what jalapeños mixed with vinegar tend to do.
I use this classic hot sauce on 'hot sauce staples' like eggs, pizza and burgers but my favourite is on chicken schnitzel with some lemon juice for extra zing...give it a try you will never eat schnitzel any other way again. In my house a bottle of this sauce gets emptied very quickly!
