PunkRock Peppers The Butch Tr-Henchman BBQ Sauce features cranberry and strawberry with the Butch-T Scorpion chilli for a truly decadent, almost indulgent, barbecue sauce.

Use it With

Use this in place of your regular barbecue sauce. Great on a burger or a nice juicy barbecued T-bone steak. My favourite is with a big plate of hot chips with chicken salt!

Tasting Note

The cranberries and strawberries in this sauce provide a sweet counter-balance to the tangy tomato base and work well alongside the fruity flavours of the Butch-T Scorpion pepper. Add to this the sweet-sourness of tamarind, soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger and garlic and a tiny hint of vanilla bean and you get this deliciously rich and smooth barbecue sauce. The Butch-T Scorpion and Yellow 7 Pot chillies deliver a delayed heat to the back of the throat and provide a warmth down into the chest. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
