CLEARANCE - Hawt Sauce by Derek's Hot Sauce

Spicy Cucumber Kiwi Gin Lemonade

We took the really unique flavour of the Kaitaia Fire Waha Wera Kiwifruit and Habanero Hot Sauce and combined it with a traditional gin lemonade to create a uniquely spicy yet refreshing drink...and the gin is completely optional!

Ingredients

120ml gin (optional)

500ml lemonade

250ml Soda Water

3-4 tsps Kaitaia Fire Waha Wera Kiwifruit and Habanero Hot Sauce*

½ lemon juiced

½ lemon cut into thin wedges

8 thin slices of cucumber

ice

METHOD

  1. Place ice cubes in glasses or a pitcher
  2. Add gin, lemonade, soda water, lemon juice, hot sauce and half the cucumber and stir
  3. Serve with remaining cucumber and lemon wedges

*We used Kaitaia Fire Kiwifruit and Habanero Hot Sauce, you can try other kiwifruit based hot sauces or experiment with other fruit and mixer combinations.
