Mango is the key ingredient that this hot sauce hangs on and it does a magnificent job. It's thick consistency and sweetness is always the perfect match for the fruity habanero, but Andrew has blended this with the green vegetable flavours of jalapeno to provide a twist on your regular mango hab mash up.
