This sauce uses Bell Peppers as its base to provide a rich fruity bed on which the Carolina Reapers can shine and shine it does, making up 30% of the sauce. There are chunks of chillies and seeds throughout this sauce and there is no hiding from that Carolina Reaper earthiness, heat and intensity which reveals itself a few seconds after you eat it and provides that very distinctive burn. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
