Dingo Sauce Co. Sriracha Super Hot is sriracha re-imagined, this sauce taken up a level with the addition of ghost pepper and scorpion chillies to give a mouth-numbing extra level of intensity.
This sauce works well on a stir-fried noodle dishes but for me this is perfect (sparingly) as a dipping sauce for fried dim sums.

Leigh, our master sriracha maker, makes the fermented base for this sauce like he does for his other srirachas using red jalapeños and caysan, but later on in the creation process he adds a little kicker of ghost pepper and scorpion chillies to really ramp up the heat and deliver a sauce that is 75% chilli.
