Melbourne Hot Sauce Reaper Whisky BBQ s a collaboration sauce made with The Terminus Hotel in Melbourne. It was the Golden Chile Winner in 2018 at Zestfest in Texas and it is one very special and very hot BBQ sauce.
When you open the bottle you are hit by the distinctive smell of both BBQ sauce and Carolina Reaper chilli. It is a thick sauce, so coats your food generously and it also generously gives you a Carolina Reaper burn. If you are quick you can pick up the wonderful flavours of whisky, honey and All spice that are in this sauce before the burn takes you.
