Tasting Note

This fermented hot sauce is the big brother to the original Sabarac Japanese Miso just hotter! It has a very distinctive Japanese flavour with daikon, rice wine vinegar and mirin and all of this is further enhanced by the red fava bean Miso which is locally sourced. The heat from the Moruga and Cayenne chillies is upfront and intense and you even get to crunch on the chilli seeds. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
