If you're looking for that straight up ultra-extreme and intense hot sauce experience, then look no further than this sauce. You can smell the chillies as soon as you crack open the old-school wax seal. Despite its extreme heat there is a nice smooth flavour and balance to this sauce, but let me be upfront about this, it’s all about the heat; it hits you straight away at the back of the throat and roof of your mouth, straight down to the pit of the stomach with a very long lingering effect. One very authentic hot sauce experience.
Use this wherever you feel brave, but this style of sauce is great used sparingly as topping for pizza or adding to your next red pasta sauce creation.
