This sauce is more vinaigrette in style than bbq sauce, it is bursting with freshness and zing thanks to apple cider vinegar and lemon juice and the yellow mustard gives it a very subtle kick to finish. The chillies are visible in the sauce and complement the mustard to help to deliver a mild heat
This is a great dipping sauce for seafood or fried dumplings and also is great as a salad dressing.
