There are the distinctive smells of both mango and Carolina Reaper when you first crack the lid on this funky bottle. The sauce is easy-pouring, and the sweetness of the mango hits your tongue straight away. This is followed very closely by the secret spice blend and Carolina Reaper chilli; with the heat travelling right to the back of the throat helped along by the cider vinegar, it then works its Reaper magic to continue slowly building in intensity. - Rodney@ChilliBOM

ChilliBOM Hot Sauce Brownies

These ChilliBOM Chocolate Brownies are just delicious. Chocolatey and sweet with a subtle burn at the back of the throat to enhance the overall flavour. For the hot sauce in this recipe we recommend a thicker style sauce so that the brownie mixture does not become to watery.
