Chicken, bacon and hot sauce the perfect threesome this recipe will have you going back again and again to experiment with different flavours of hot sauce!

- 500g chicken tenderloins (about 8-10 pieces)
- 250g bacon
- 150ml hot sauce*
- freshly cracked pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat oven to 200°C, marinate the chicken tenderloins in the hot sauce for 30 minutes.
- Remove chicken from marinade and wrap each piece with bacon and place on a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Mix oil with remaining marinade and then brush bacon with mixture, add pepper and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove tray from oven, flip each piece and brush again with hot sauce and return to oven for another 10-12 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
