This hot sauce is one of our (very) regular go to hot sauces it's a style of sauce that we just really love. I think it is because of its simplicity, it is only made up of 3 ingredients; Red Ripened Jalapeños, Vinegar and Salt, and they are just combined together so well.
The jalapeños give the sauce a nice level of heat, so small amounts leave you with a nice buzz, but, like me, you will probably use more than a small amount so it can build up on you, especially around the lips and front of the mouth, because that's what jalapeños mixed with vinegar tend to do. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
