Tasting Note

The distinctive earthy smell of the Moruga scorpion chilli dominates the aroma of this hot sauce but it is the delicious hint of sweet molasses that you taste first. This sweetness is not overpowering and is fleetingly quick. What follows is a fruity hit of chilli and the explosion of heat on the sides and back of your tongue. You would generally expect a sweeter style sauce to be a bit thicker in texture, but Patrick has crafted a true gourmet sauce that is made to be drizzled. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
