Jibba’s Hot Sauce, are handcrafted by Chef Alex Gibson in Busselton, Western Australia.

In May 2020, he found himself with a bit of extra time during a partial COVID lockdown, so naturally he decided to try his hand at hot sauce (as you do). He didn’t have a vision or direction; all he knew was he wanted flavour first hot sauce. Using a dodgy Nutri Bullet and recycled jars he banged out 22 of the ‘OG’ Original, which he then sold on Facebook to friends and family and hasn't looked back!
