Tasting Note

Before the Carolina Reaper came along the Moruga Scorpion was classified as the hottest chilli and in this sauce the Moruga Scorpion has been aged for 24 months and is listed as the first ingredient so you know this is going to be deliver! The pineapple and mango provide an upfront fruitiness to this hot sauce that is nicely balanced with the earthiness of New York style mustard and ginger. The heat from the chilli is intense and kicks in quickly around the middle of your mouth and also gives the sauce a solid peppery finish. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
