The Fermentalists

The brainchild of master fermenter Sam, The Fermentalists is now the passion project of best mates Chris & Kosta. After years of playing around with coffee, beer and food, the duo turned their attention to fermenting hot sauces and haven't looked back since.

The team still make everything by hand in Sydney CBD and love to share their love of fermenting and hot sauces with friends, family and fans.

Sourcing chillies from Australia that are fermented for up to 12 months to allow a depth and complexity of flavour to develop, resulting in some great tasting sauces and condiments.
