Dingo Sauce Co. Dragon's Bane Hot Sauce is a Tonkatsu-HP-relish style hot sauce made with dragon fruit, plums and the exclusively grown Western Australian Peach Candy Kane chilli.

This is a very versatile sauce; perfect substitute for your regular barbecue or steak sauce and the fruitiness is great for bbq or even crumbed steak or chicken; great for your savoury pastry based delights like meat pies or sausage rolls but also can be used as a dipping sauce for your favourite Asian delicacies like spring rolls, dumplings.

The Peach Candy Kane chilli has been developed and is exclusive to Bunbury Western Australia and is one of the many locally sourced ingredients used in this sauce, with Red Dragon fruit from Carnarvon, plums from Kirup and organic salt from Lake Debra as well as beetroot, apple, rhubarb, carrots and honey all expertly combined to create to create this fruity/savoury hot sauce with the sweetness of fruit and dates balanced with the sourness of tamarind and rhubarb and bursting with the fragrant spiciness of allspice, coriander, fennel and cumin.
